Altra does this better than anything else I've found. At first the shoes feel baggy and look like clown shoes, but when you get moving over long distances, they seem to get more comfortable.

I've also been pushed to a lot of treadmill time this winter. I think it really affects your kick-off as you are reacting to a moving surface versus kicking off of the ground. Your form changes. What I've been doing is adding a slight amount of incline to get me back on my mid-foot. It has helped. Nothing can fix the boredom though.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17248424636391956778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4521066672604034631.post-37229469192632661642013-01-29T12:41:20.423-08:002013-01-29T12:41:20.423-08:00I've had some toe bleeding issues while runnin...I've had some toe bleeding issues while running. It's been recent and only since the weather has gotten bad and I've started running inside on the treadmill. Basically, I've been running more "treadmill distance" to make up for the workout I lose by being inside vs outside. You'd think I'd automatically think "hey, maybe it's the shoes...", but then you'd be wrong. Thanks for your insights and I guess it's time for me to sneaker shopping.Jason Dodgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09350689936891316228noreply@blogger.com
